Product must be in new and resalable condition:
- No refunds will be issued without contacting us
- Requests for a return must be made within 30 days from delivery
- Buyer is subject to return shipping cost and 15% restocking fee (excluding orders under $100)
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and customer is still responsible for return shipping
Products that may NOT be returned:
- Special Order products
- Non-standard hose length and/or threads
- All 3" NH or 2" NH products
- Products that have been shipped out of the country
