Our limited lifetime warranty covers failure and loss as a result of manufacturer defects in material and workmanship. Our warranty does NOT cover gasket failure, over-use of National Pipe Thread (NPT) threads, cosmetic damage, normal wear-and-tear, improper use, negligence or inadequate care, all defined and determined by us. In order for equipment or parts purchased from FireHoseDirect.com to be deemed eligible for warranty criteria, the item(s) in question must be purchased directly from our website. Our warranty does not cover second-hand market purchases, nor does it transfer from another buyer or reseller. If you are having issues with a product purchased from us, contact us directly to request a warranty claim.

FireHoseDirect.com reserves the right to deny any sole individual, company, entity or body of warranty conditions if we determine item(s) do not meet warranty criteria, as well as the right to inspect the item upon return BEFORE determining a solution. All warranty claims approved by our Customer Service department before returning to our warehouse. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Hose Warranty

Limited 10-Year Warranty

We will replace any fire hose with manufacturer defects in material and workmanship. Our warranty does not cover gaskets, shipping cost, cosmetic damages, normal wear-and-tear, improper use or chemical damage. Fire hoses purchased for use at fire training facilities will have a 90-day manufacturer defect warranty only. Upon receipt of the returned goods, hoses will be subject to inspection and testing. Should it be determined that the hose is covered by warranty, it will be repaired or replaced.
