Description

Aluminum 2 1/2 inch NH (NST) female swivel rocket lug x 2 1/2 inch NH (NST) male gate valve with non-rising stem. Features an anodized aluminum construction including anodized aluminum spindle that is lightweight and corrosion resistant.

Applications include fire hydrants, fire hoses and high rise standpipes among other uses. Hand wheel includes a spinning knob for easy use with a built in slow close for safe operation.

Operating a gate valve in a partially open position can cause excessive gate wear and damage seals. Intended use is to fully open or close water flow, not intended for flow throttling.
