Dry hydrant underwater strainer support constructed of annozed aluminum tubing. Used to support 6 inch pvc strainers or pvc pipe for dry hydrant installations in ponds, lakes, etc. 

Drive a 1 inch pvc pipe or steel rebar rod (not included) through the welded side tube into the pond bottom and secure support with included side screws. U-shaped support is intended for 6 inch horizontal strainers to help prevent intake of bottom debris into the truck pump by supporting the strainer above the water source bottom. Support is also important to relieve stress on the horizontal pvc piping.
