Compact brass 1 1/2 inch industrial combination nozzle has the option of either a fog pattern or a straight stream. This 48 GPM nozzles is well suited for lower pressures but can be used up to 100 PSI.
NPSH and NPT threads are more common in industrial applications vs the more common NH/NST used in most fire applications. NPSH seals with a gasket whereas NPT seals via thread friction.
How we conducted our nozzle testing.
We used a Honda self-priming water pump with a two inch inlet and a two inch outlet that produces 135 gallons per minute (GPM). The nozzle was attached to a fifty foot 1 1/2 inch fire hose. The pump pressure was approximately 60 PSI. Gallons per minute was calculated by measuring the number of gallons a nozzle could fill a large container within one minute. The result is the GPM.
