6 inch dry hydrant horizontal pvc strainer with fixed cover. The fixed end cover is fixed. If debris larger than the drilled holes should enter from the dry hydrant outlet located roadside it would not be able to be flushed out into the water source.

This strainer may be installed with the strainer holes facing up or down depending on how shallow it is installed.
Requires a 6 inch double female PVC coupling for attachment to 6 inch PVC pipe.
Strainer has two 1 inch removable plugs for use with a 1 inch PVC support pipe and SSC60 clamp.
