Made in the USA Kwik-Tach Mounting Plate is the ultimate mount for nozzles, wyes, adapters, and appliances. This mounting plate is easy to use and can be installed using three screws or bolts (screws or bolts not included) vertically or horizontally on any shelf or fire apparatus. Two knobs stay stationary, while the other knob is spring loaded. When you apply pressure to the spring loaded knob it will retract and allow your piece of equipment to be held steady to the mount. The knobs are constructed from brass with chrome plating and will not mar the threads. The base is constructed of anodized aluminum. These adapters will hold any thread type including NH / NST, NPT (national pipe tapered or "pipe thread"), NPSH (national pipe straight thread) and many other specialty threads.
