The Large Fire Hose Storage Reel is a heavy-duty, swing-type reel designed to store 1 1/2 inch rubber, single or double jacket fire hose. It features a baked red enamel finish and a 180° swing for easy deployment. This compact reel can hold up to 100 feet of 1 1/2" single jacket hose or 50 feet of 1 1/2" double jacket hose. Made in the USA and USMCA compliant, it includes a one-piece 14 gauge wall bracket and mounting hardware for straightforward installation. Its dimensions are 30 1/2" L x 24" H x 3 3/8" inside width. How To Roll Hose On Reel

  1. Lay the hose straight and flat on the ground.
  2. Fold the hose in half laying flat on the ground so that the couplings are together one above the other, male coupling on top. One half is now laying flat on top of the other half. Pull female coupling forward approximately 2 feet ahead of male.
  3. Roll the hose on the reel, beginning at the folded end that does not contain the couplings. You should end with the nozzle end on top and a female coupling on the bottom.
  4. Attach female coupling to water source so hose is ready for immediate use. Hose must be unrolled before water valve is opened.
