This 316 Stainless Steel 2 inch Female Camlock Dust Cap (Type "DC") is designed to protect 2 inch male camlock connections from dust and environmental contaminants. Featuring a Buna seal, this quick disconnect cap has a 2 1/2 inches female inside diameter. It is suitable for applications involving salt water, waste water, various chemicals, hydraulic oil, and coolants. This camlock dust cap is specifically for non-pressure applications and must not be used with compressed air or steam for safety reasons. Its simple cam and groove design allows for quick connection and disconnection.

Global type "DC" stainless steel 2 inch female camlock (Cam & Groove) dust cap. Dust caps and dust plugs are not to be used in pressure applications for safety and environmental reasons.

Under no circumstances should cam and groove couplings be used for compressed air or steam service!

  • To make a connection, simply slide the camlock adapter into the camlock coupling and with normal hand pressure, press the cam levers down.
  • Uncoupling is as quick and simple as coupling. Just lift the cam arms and remove the adapter.
